CORRECTIONAL FACILITY

INMATE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

HOUSING COST

Effective November 1, 1999, sentenced inmates housed in general population are financially responsible to pay a portion of the housing costs while incarcerated.

Currently, the required portion is $20/day of incarceration. This excludes any time the inmate spends in the work release housing unit, as an inmate worker, and on temporary transfer.

  • Bring check, money order, or cash to Crawford County Correctional Facility, 2100 Independence Drive, Saegertown, PA 16433 between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
  • Payment plans available!

Although parking meters are bagged, the public can park on the Diamond until noon. After noon, tickets will be issued and the roads will be blocked off. If there are any issues, please contact the department you are visiting.
