Lien certificates are prepared in the treasurer’s office for delinquent real estate taxes only. Current taxes
due must be obtained from the tax collectors. We only bill and collect the current county real estate taxes
for the City of Titusville. A $5.00 fee is required for each property tax identification numbers. For those
who need the lien certificate faxed, please include an additional $1.00 for each page to be faxed.
