Collection of Current County Real Estate Taxes For the City of Titusville
The Treasurer’s Office has collected the current COUNTY real estate taxes for the City of Titusville since 1994. Real Estate tax bills are mailed on or before March 1st each year. Discount period is from March 1st until April 30th. Face period is during the months of May and June. Penalty is from July 1st until December 31st. All unpaid real estate taxes are then turned over to the Crawford County Tax Claim Bureau. Unpaid per capita taxes are turned over to Sharp Collections in Sharpsville. Current city and School taxes are billed and collected by the City Treasurer in Titusville.
