2026 Tax Sale Bidder Forms
**BIDDER REQUIREMENTS OF ACT 2021-33 FOR THE 09/25/26 Tax Upset Sake – MUST REGISTER AT TAX CLAIM BUREAU IN PERSON STARTING August 17, 2026 AND ENDING ON September 15, 2026 AT 4:30 – NO EXCEPTIONS**
Must have a notarized affidavit and a copy of photo ID’s for all individuals listed on paperwork. $10 non-refundable bidder fee must be cash or certified funds and must be paid with registration.
