The Crawford County Commissioners have adopted a Uniform Parcel Identifier System Ordinance. This ordinance became effective November 29, 2018. Please note changes were made from the original ordinance filed. All documents identified in the ordinance must have a UPI number before they can be recorded in the Recorder of Deeds office.

Fee: There will be a $20.00 fee for each parcel that receives a number. This fee will be paid at the time of the document recording in the Recorder of Deeds office. It may be added to the same check as the recording fee.
